What it is

An operations platform for tutoring centers and private teachers in Egypt: groups, attendance, collections, payouts, and parent messaging by SMS. THQ AI, the first Arabic-first tutoring management AI, built in Egypt, works inside it.

What was hard

Money and Arabic. Collections across cash and InstaPay had to reconcile to the pound. The interface had to be genuinely Arabic-first, not a translation laid over an English design. And the AI assistant had to be able to act inside the system without ever being able to write to it directly.

What was built
